As an Field Data Capture (FDC) Business Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the PM Suite Field Data Capture system. In this role, you will apply your analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to support business users across various departments. You will gain valuable cross ‑ functional exposure and developing deep technical expertise of the oil and gas industry and Field Data Capture systems and data flow. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow into a subject matter expert in a fast ‑ paced, collaborative environment.
-**Job location:**Calgary, Alberta -**Shift schedule:**5 x 2, 8-hour shifts -**Safety sensitive position:**No -**Application deadline:**April 16, 2026
Key Accountabilities:
- Understand complex business processes and system concepts quickly, with a strong attention to detail
- Support field operations, production accounting and marketing business areas
- Manage the configuration and support of PM Suite while providing practical, workflow ‑ based guidance and solutions aligned with business objectives
- Support system testing, software upgrades, and release activities
- Contribute to special projects and handle ad ‑ hoc data requests as required
What You Bring to the Role:
- Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Operations Management, Data Science, or Software Engineering is considered an asset
- Experience in oil and gas or Field Operations is considered an asset but not required
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
