Redhead Equipment has an exciting career opportunity for a Lead Hand – Agriculture equipment, based out of our Swift Current branch supporting the Agriculture Equipment product line.
At Redhead Equipment, we do Whatever It Takes to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck, and construction equipment across 14 locations in Saskatchewan.
This position will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of Agriculture equipment. You will lead by example supporting the department and providing technical guidance to a team of technicians. This position will be communicating with customers to provide solutions to their needs.
Key Abilities:
Overall mechanical ability
Strong computerized diagnostic skills using OEM specific programs.
Proficiency reading and interpreting hydraulic & electric schematics.
Possess superior leadership and communication skills.
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
Experience and/or formal trade training in Agriculture equipment mechanics. Preference will be given to candidates with Journeyperson status.
Commitment to customer service and pride in quality workmanship
Positive and team-oriented attitude
