WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Promptly install and maintain dental equipment used in dental offices
- Inspect and test equipment, components and assemblies using various tools and instruments
- Create, update and maintain repair records, return defective parts to vendor for warranty replacement
- Provide quality, innovation and high standards of performance to achieve superior customer satisfaction
- Organization and proactivity is required, in addition to strong multitasking and time management skills
- Work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, providing strong collaboration and communication
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing tasks and are able to manage preconstruction efforts while adapting to shifting project priorities
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completion of a post-secondary program in medical/electrical field is an asset
- Previous experience in a service/equipment environment in the dental industry is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong technical issues – being able to work through technical issues with non-technical clients
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Proven time management and organizational skills, experience in a fast-paced environment is an asset
