About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Order & Production Coordinator — someone who's highly organized, detail-driven, and can succeed in a fast-moving production environment.
This is not a basic customer service role. It's about managing production timelines, packaging details, and logistics to make sure every order runs smoothly, stays on spec, and ships on time.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex orders from production start to final delivery.
- Track timelines, updates, and dependencies using production calendars.
- Coordinate closely with factories, shipping, and fulfillment teams to keep everything moving.
- Work with Customer Service to get quick answers on order details and approvals.
- Double-check all specs, packaging notes, and shipping instructions before release.
- Flag potential delays early and work cross-functionally to stay on schedule.
What You Bring
- Experience managing custom or made-to-order production (promo, print, packaging, or similar industries).
- Strong attention to detail and a calm, organized approach under pressure.
- Excellent communication — able to chase info and follow up without letting details slip.
- A natural problem-solver who enjoys connecting the dots between art, production, and logistics.
