Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk #369
About the role
Our client, a company operating in the administrative and financial sector, is currently seeking an autonomous and proactive individual to fill an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk position for its offices located in Montreal.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing accounts payable (vendor invoices) and receivable accounts;
- Preparing invoices and following up on payments;
- Answering incoming calls and managing emails;
- Providing bilingual customer service (French and English), as the client base is split 50/50;
- Maintaining effective communication with clients and suppliers;
- Participating in decision-making for administrative matters;
- Proposing solutions and taking initiative to improve processes;
- Performing data entry and administrative follow-ups;
- Carrying out any other related tasks.

Requirements:

- Strong judgment and ability to contribute to decision-making.
Salary: Starting at $26 per hour
Schedule: Day shift, flexible hour, 35 hour per week
