About the role

Your role

**• Ensure the cohesion and performance of the regional team
• Motivate team members to achieve collective goals
• Monitor performance indicators and report on results
• Ensure the quality of customer service and collaboration with business units
• Support and influence organizational change
• Identify training needs and provide personalized coaching

Your team

**
**Within the Regional Sales sector, you are part of a large team of 5 to 10 colleagues and report to the regional management. Our team stands out for its spirit of innovation, creativity, and commitment to collective success. We aim to offer you maximum flexibility to support your quality of life. Requirements

**
**• Hold a university certificate and 5 years of management experience; OR a bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience; OR a master's degree and 2 years of experience
• Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
• Experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
• Experience in change management
• Willingness to travel as needed

Languages:

English, French
