Senior Frontend Engineer
Location: Remote (Canada)
This role is posted on behalf of the following client: They are building the future of online events. They enable creators to chat, monetize, and engage their communities through online venues. They are looking for a high-speed frontend engineer to join the development of their events platform. You’ll continue to add and set the direction for their event product architecture, payments and integrations.
Role Overview:
This role is responsible for leading the frontend development of a consumer-facing event platform, owning the core user experiences for players, creators, and administrators. The position partners closely with engineering, product, and design to deliver polished, scalable interfaces while setting frontend architecture and best practices. The ideal candidate takes end-to-end ownership of features, contributes to frontend strategy, and helps drive high-quality product releases in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
What You'll Do:
- Own and Lead Frontend Development of the product, including core flows for players, creators, and event admins.
- Collaborate With Our Engineering Team to guide frontend architecture and lead the implementation of scalable, well-documented features.
- Work Closely With Product and Design to bring UX flows and designs to life in polished, responsive interfaces.
- Ship Key Interfaces such as event discovery, event creation, registration, dashboards, and player tools.
- Contribute to Frontend Strategy by improving architecture, reusability, testing, and system performance.
- Help Drive Product Releases alongside the team, from QA to rollout and feedback cycles.

Who You Are:
- 4+ years building production-grade frontend applications
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and component-based design

- Bonus: Experience building gaming platforms, social tools, or creator-focused products
