POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently looking for a housekeeping attendant for our complex located in Laval. The position is full-time (day and/or weekend shifts available). As a member of the maintenance team, the main function is to ensure the building is maintained to a high standard.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency planned for this purpose or when required
- Clean and carry out tasks related to the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas
- Ensure the cleanliness of the working environment is maintained
- Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the premises
- Taking out the trash
- Wash windows at main and secondary entrances
Construction
- Actively participate in various company committees - Know and apply company policies and procedures
- Clear and salt the entrances
- Communicate the maintenance needs for materials and products and upkeep of the building to the immediate superior
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
