Role Description The Director of Product Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and driving the product vision and strategy across Titanium Finance SA’s wealth management offerings. This role oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market analysis, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap development. The Director collaborates closely with leadership, investment teams, technology, operations, and marketing to ensure products align with client needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. Day-to-day activities include leading product discovery initiatives, setting measurable product goals, coordinating cross-functional projects, and monitoring product performance to inform continuous improvement. The Director also mentors product team members, supports stakeholder communication, and ensures that product initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to high quality standards. Qualifications Strong product strategy and product management skills, with experience defining vision, roadmap, and positioning for financial or investment products. Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to interpret market data, client insights, and performance metrics to guide decision-making. Proven team leadership capabilities, with experience coaching and managing cross-functional or product teams in a collaborative environment. Solid project management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and delivery of complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Background in wealth management, asset management, or financial services; familiarity with regulated environments and client-centric product design. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort working remotely, with strong organizational skills, self-direction, and proficiency in digital collaboration tools.
