As we enter our next stage of growth, we’re expanding our sales motion to enhance our strong inbound engine. We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR who can roll up their sleeves and help optimize processes to drive consistent pipeline growth.
The Role
As our SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads and signups. You’ll qualify discovery calls before handing them to the Sales Manager and re-engage past leads to reactivate pipeline.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll learn full-funnel sales fundamentals while contributing directly to pipeline growth and revenue.
What You’ll Do
Inbound Qualification
- Qualify inbound signups and discovery calls before passing them to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure 100% of booked meetings are pre-qualified, focusing on fit, pain, and potential value.
- Maintain a high AE acceptance rate (≥75%) by ensuring quality handoffs.
Lead Reactivation & Nurture
- Systematically re-engage past leads, trials, and dormant accounts to uncover new opportunities.
- Run email and LinkedIn sequences using tools like Apollo and Instantly.
- Develop messaging frameworks and cadences to optimize engagement and conversion.
Process & Collaboration
- Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene every call logged, every lead status updated.
- Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on inbound lead quality.
- Collaborate with the BDR Manager to ensure smooth coordination between inbound and outbound efforts.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR or Inside Sales in B2B SaaS (startup experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, articulate, clear, and confident on calls and in writing.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong discovery and qualification skills (familiar with BANT or MEDDPICC-light frameworks).
- Comfortable working in tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Coachable, curious, and motivated by learning how modern SaaS sales work.
- Resilient, you can handle rejection, stay positive, and keep moving.
