Job Description
The Corporate Strategy Manager assists the Strategy & Direct Sales team in the development, measurement and execution of sound strategies to achieve company goals. The position involves identifying opportunities, analyzing market trends, and creating actionable strategies that align with organizational objectives. To succeed, you’ll need a blend of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and strong leadership abilities to influence and deliver impact across the business.
This role is an individual contributor position reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Strategy.
##Accountabilities**:**
Market Analysis
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and prioritize investment areas
Short- and Long-Term Strategic Planning
- Develop actionable short- and long-term strategies to address immediate business needs while supporting the organization’s long-term growth and success
- Identify organizational priorities, set clear objectives, and align initiatives with company goals
- Identify and evaluate Horizon 2 and 3 growth opportunities, including market expansion, new product development, strategic partnerships, and mergers/acquisitions
- Conduct feasibilities studies and risk assessments to inform investment decisions and mitigate risks
Special Projects
- Lead high-impact projects, managing cross-functional workstreams end-to-end from developing an approach to delivering recommendations
- Independently execute small-scale projects, delivering clear and insightful analyses and recommendations to senior leaders
- Validate business cases through targeted research, data analysis, interviews, and cross functional collaboration
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build strong relationships across teams to align and execute strategic initiatives effectively, communicate priorities and progress to ensure buy-in, alignment, and a culture of collaboration
- Create and utilize structured frameworks for analysis and ensure recommendations are data driven
Communications
- Develop materials to support the strategic planning process including presentations for senior leadership, the board of directors and internal stakeholders
- Provide quarterly updates on progress, identifying risks and opportunities to keep the organization on track
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic planning roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and critically evaluate complex issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complicated concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving measurable results
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines
- Leadership capabilities, showcasing strong track record of influencing and inspiring teams to achieve shared objectives
- Knowledge of strategic planning frameworks, business models, and best practices in strategy development and execution

Compensation
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 89,300.00 - 139,300.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
