Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Hold open houses (in-person) Go on appointments with homeowners Manage leads within our CRM Complete daily task within the CRM Pre-appointment planning by running territory comps Build rapport with buyers/wholesalers/sellers Writing contracts Listing agreements Attend closings
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
Must have an active real estate license, experience of 2 (TWO) years in real estate. Be somewhat savvy with technology. Additional sales experience is preferred Must have strong communication skills, be interpersonal, honest and hardworking Must be motivated and determined A team player, with a group and growth mindset.
Compensation
$200,000 - $300,000 CAD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
