Canduct Industries is a leading manufacturer in electrical insulation, primarily used for cooling for oil cooled transformers. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Data Entry Specialist in London, ON.

Job Responsibilities

Ensuring appropriate turnaround time of all data entry.

Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate Microsoft software or database.

Proactively verifying data through source documents, purchase orders and drawings, checking output.

Working effectively with team members to retrieve necessary data for entry.

Resolving discrepancies in information or obtaining additional information for incomplete documents.
-
Assisting in preparation of work orders with the Customer-Production Coordinator.

Ensure output meets quality standards.
-
Perform any other duties, assignments, or special projects that may be assigned by the Customer Service Manager and/or Production Planning Supervisor.
The Customer Service department is looking for candidates with
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- Post-Secondary Education, Business Administration preferred
- Ability to gather / analyze data.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read CAD / technical drawings.
- Experience with multi level bills of material, is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of employees.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes is an asset.
- Great attention to detail.
- Good English written & verbal communication skills.
- Great attendance is a critical requirement.
