We have summer internship opportunities in our hotel located in Quebec, the Alt Hotel for a period varying between 3 and 6 months, starting this September 2025.
What You'll Do
- Help with check-in and check-out.
- Assist agents in complex situations.
- Assist agent with most of the tasks of a customer service agent (greet guests, provide information on hotel services, schedules, available amenities, etc.).
- Collaborate with other departments.
What You'll Bring
- Study in Hospitality program, or similar program is an asset
- Strong communication skills in French and English, both oral and written, due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners or customers across Canada.
- Natural customer service orientation with a positive attitude
