Your Role at Statflo
As Statflo’s Technical Product Operations Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of the Product team, working side by side with Engineers to ensure customers get the most value from Statflo. You’ll turn incoming requests into clear, actionable tasks and keep priorities aligned so work flows smoothly and efficiently.
The Impact You’ll Have

Manage requests: Own incoming requests - review, refine, and prioritize tasks. Tackle data configurations, basic scripting, and SQL investigations to keep things moving.

Communicate: Keep Product Managers, Engineers, and Account Managers aligned with clear and timely updates.

Improve operations: Spot repetitive tasks and partner with Engineers to streamline workflows using internal tools and automation.
What Makes You a Great Fit

You’re a strong communicator who can prioritize tasks and keep teams aligned with clear, timely updates.

You have professional experience writing custom SQL queries and troubleshooting data issues to deliver effective solutions.

You’re comfortable with Python and use it as a problem-solving tool.

You look for ways to improve efficiency through smarter processes.

You have experience working in a B2B SaaS environment.
Bonus Points

Background in Telco Retail.

Interest in working from our downtown Toronto office (by Union Station) two days a week.
