General Description As a Sales Coordinator, you will work directly with all members of the sales team to ensure that all administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively and efficiently. You will also be a point of client contact, upholding one of our core values. Your success in this role will depend on your demonstration of organization and time-management skills, along with your communication skills. We are busy, but a fun place to work. As a Sales Coordinator you will field a high volume of tasks, calls, and emails consistently with your speedy data entry, excellent customer service, and proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Shifts: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Salary : $55,000/ year
The Main Accountabilities Are
- Perform data entry of sales representative’s paperwork into internal systems
- Coordinate the setup and installation of new accounts between departments
- Maintain appropriate files and documentation, per company policy and internal controls
- Administer and maintain internal sales commission data
- Respond to RFP’s, in accordance with internal policy
- Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve issues or complaints
- Provide client-facing support to receive and distribute feedback
- Provide support to sales representatives with administrative work
What We Need From You
- 2-3 years of administrative and/or customer service work
- Accurate data entry skills & customer service skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Written and Oral communication skills Critical and logical thinking skills
- Previous experience with Salesforce an asset
