Role Summary:
We are seeking an AI Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions—from identifying opportunities to deployment and ongoing management. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical fluency in AI technologies who can work across business and technical teams to deliver impactful, compliant, and scalable AI solutions. You will also drive AI adoption and culture, ensuring responsible and ethical use of AI across Medcan.

What You’ll Do:
- Define and execute the AI product strategy and roadmap aligned with Medcan’s business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across clinical, operational, growth, and client-facing areas.
- Translate business needs into AI use cases, technical requirements, and success metrics.
- Manage the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle: ideation, prototyping, vendor evaluation, development, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholders across business units, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and successful delivery of AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with ML Engineer, Integration Lead, Data Management and internal technology teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory standards ( PIPEDA , PHIPA) throughout the AI lifecycle.
- Evaluate and select third-party AI solutions; provide technical and strategic guidance to vendors.
- Drive AI adoption and change management across the organization, including training and communication.
- Promote responsible AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and explainability in deployed solutions.
- Stay current with Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks; assess and implement emerging technologies where relevant.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products.
- Strong understanding of machine learning workflows, LLMs, Generative AI, and agentic AI architectures.
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales and Marketing cloud
- Familiarity with Azure AI services, AI Foundry, and Azure data architecture.
- Experience managing AI compliance and privacy requirements in regulated environments ( PIPEDA , PHIPA).
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and manage cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on exposure to prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and vector databases is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
This is a full-time hybrid position (2 days in office) working 40 hours per week based on business needs between regular office hours Monday – Saturday (8 AM - 5 PM). Our downtown Toronto clinic is conveniently located at 150 York St., which is nearby St. Andrew station or a 10-minute walk from Union Station!
