We are seeking a passionate Supervisor, Sales and Kiosks in Ottawa and Gatineau to join our village. Find your place at Nordik Spa Village.

What We Need Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Kiosk Supervisor will be responsible to ensure the smooth operations of Nordik Spa Village’s temporary kiosks in the Ottawa-Gatineau region, for the duration of the holiday season. The Supervisor’s main objective is to plan the needs of each location and supply the necessary resources for the kiosk agents responsible for the sale of gift certificates. They will also oversee the day-to-day operational management of the team.
What you ’ ll do
- Train and coach kiosk associates.
- Assist with planning work schedules and managing unexpected events and emergencies.
- Assist in the management of inventories and orders.
- Act as a resource person for kiosk associates (managing complaints and special requests).
- Follow the established scripts to respond to the needs of our guests, in accordance with established standards.
- Identify problems and propose solutions.
- Prepare weekly incentive reports.
- Manage the entire sales cycle; take care of needs and close sales; assisting the kiosk associates in the day-to-day performance of their tasks.
- Perform other related tasks.
Profile needed What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position
- Minimum 3 years' experience in tourism, hospitality, administration, human resource management, customer service and/or sales.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in leading a team.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Available and able to travel quickly between the various kiosk locations.
- Excellent MS Office 365 skills and adept at learning new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good sense of organization, planning and monitoring, as well as great professional rigor.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Capacity to work in both official languages (English and French).
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Capacity to stand for long periods.
When
- Full-time
- Flexible schedule – Days, evenings, weekends and holidays;
- Available from October 28 to January 1, 2026, with the possibility of joining the Nordik Spa Village team after your contract at the kiosks depending on your performance and operational needs.
