Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Multi-Unit Manager to oversee the operations of our corporate-owned restaurants across Ontario. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the Multi-Unit Manager, you'll partner closely with Restaurant Operations Leaders and Head Office to ensure every location consistently achieves operational, financial, and people goals.
This role requires regular travel throughout southern Ontario from Ottawa to Windsor with a concentration in the Greater Toronto Area.
What You'll Do
Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple corporate restaurant locations.
Coach, mentor, and develop crew members
Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all assigned restaurants. Monitor and improve key performance indicators including sales, labour, food cost, controllable expenses, guest satisfaction, and overall profitability. Ensure brand standards, food quality, cleanliness, and food safety procedures are consistently executed. Identify operational opportunities and implement action plans to improve results. Support recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development. Collaborate with Marketing to successfully execute promotions, product launches, and local store marketing initiatives.
Travel frequently between corporate locations throughout southern Ontario
What We're Looking For
5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience within a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant environment. Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle with the ability to travel regularly. Proven success leading multiple restaurant locations and developing high-performing teams. Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including labour management, food cost, inventory, and profit and loss statements. Excellent coaching, leadership, and communication skills. Experience implementing operational processes and driving continuous improvement. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growing organization. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office and restaurant reporting systems.
What We Offer
Salary up to $75,0000 yearly 2 weeks of paid vacation Car Allowance Gas Reimbursement
