We are looking for a versatile order processing clerk with a focus on customer service to join the dynamic team of our client, a family-owned business.
This role combines merchandise management, order preparation, and product organization, while playing a key role in customer satisfaction. You will respond to customer inquiries, process their orders, and resolve their concerns quickly. By working closely with internal teams, you will ensure a smooth workflow and an optimal customer experience in a friendly and collaborative environment.

Tasks
- Assist customers by answering their questions, processing their orders, and providing information about our products.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and speed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Make product recommendations and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct inventory and manage merchandise.
- Pack and label products for shipping.
- Handle merchandise returns and reintegrate items into stock.
- Prepare orders according to instructions and ship them to customers.
- Stay informed about new products and industry developments.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with French-speaking and English-speaking suppliers.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software such as Excel, Outlook, Word, with a good understanding of warehouse barcode scanners.
- Customer service experience.
