##Qualifications

MINIMUM FORMAL EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:

  • High school completion with job‑related options.
  • No experience as "on‑the‑job" training is provided.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge about NCF/Curriculum Mapping/Familiarity with data entry in academic databases.
  • Experience preparing academic or accreditation-related reports/Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Proficiency in curriculum management/Data entry/Familiar with Medical Terminology is required.
  • Ability to perform curriculum mapping accurately is required.
  • Strong attention to detail in reviewing competencies, learning outcomes, and assessment data is required.
  • A satisfactory work record, including satisfactory attendance and punctuality, is required.

OTHER JOB-RELATED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with University or specialized software systems, such as ATLAS.
  • Knowledge of University regulations, programs and procedures.
  • Experience working in a post-secondary education environment.
  • Experience working in healthcare or health education environment.
  • Knowledge of Medical terminology

##Key responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the RT Department Head, the incumbent will:

  • National Competency Framework (NCF) Data Entry.
  • Course Learning Outcomes (CLO) Entry.
  • Curriculum Mapping.
  • Assessment Report Entry Retrospective data for 4 years.
  • Course-Level Data Entry (Grades) Retrospective data for 4 years & LO Assessment reports.
  • May be required to perform related duties not exceeding skills and capabilities as required.
