##Qualifications
MINIMUM FORMAL EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:
- High school completion with job‑related options.
- No experience as "on‑the‑job" training is provided.
EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge about NCF/Curriculum Mapping/Familiarity with data entry in academic databases.
- Experience preparing academic or accreditation-related reports/Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Proficiency in curriculum management/Data entry/Familiar with Medical Terminology is required.
- Ability to perform curriculum mapping accurately is required.
- Strong attention to detail in reviewing competencies, learning outcomes, and assessment data is required.
- A satisfactory work record, including satisfactory attendance and punctuality, is required.
OTHER JOB-RELATED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working with University or specialized software systems, such as ATLAS.
- Knowledge of University regulations, programs and procedures.
- Experience working in a post-secondary education environment.
- Experience working in healthcare or health education environment.
- Knowledge of Medical terminology

Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the RT Department Head, the incumbent will:
- National Competency Framework (NCF) Data Entry.
- Course Learning Outcomes (CLO) Entry.
- Curriculum Mapping.
- Assessment Report Entry Retrospective data for 4 years.
- Course-Level Data Entry (Grades) Retrospective data for 4 years & LO Assessment reports.
- May be required to perform related duties not exceeding skills and capabilities as required.
