We are seeking a Full Time Accounting Coordinator to join our Administration Team. This role is perfect for recent post-secondary graduates ready to start their professional career or anyone with experience in office administration who has an interest in the accounting field.

Responsibilities
Act as a primary contact for accounting related inquiries, including purchase orders and customer account inquiries
Research and resolve any outstanding balances on accounts, including telephone and email communication with customers and vendors
Perform all aspects of the accounts payable function for assigned account(s) including matching purchase order to invoices and entering the invoices into PBS accounting software
Prepare checks; including monthly pay-runs for assigned account(s) and provide accurate backup documentation for all payments
Assist in annual year end audit by preparing assigned reports or providing documentation as directed
Reconcile accounts monthly i.e.. Tire Tax, prepaids, sublet and various deal related accounts
Completion of credit applications; with new vendors and for our customers looking to set up accounts with our organization
Send in insurance and warranty remittances on behalf of the customers
Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with set deadlines
Ability to work on multiple projects at once
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented and results focused personality
Energy, passion, and professionalism
