Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountable full-tim****e Product Manager supporting our London Administrationoffice.
The Product Manager (Retail & Wealth) is responsible for participating in the development, implementation and lifecycle management of financial products and services that support the mission and growth objectives of Libro Credit Union.
This position plays a strategic and hands-on role in driving product performance through market intelligence, innovation, pricing strategy, promotions, and member-focused enhancements. The role focuses on both traditional financial products and emerging digital solutions delivering competitive and compelling offerings.
The Product Manager has a deep understanding of Owner needs, market trends, regulatory requirements and competitive dynamics in the financial services industry. This role will collaborate cross functionally with departments such as Finance, Risk & Compliance and Operations to deliver high-value solutions.
The successful candidate will:
- Develop and manage the roadmap for new products, enhancements to existing offerings, and innovation initiatives across deposit, lending, and digital channels.
- Identify opportunities for product optimization based on owner feedback, usage trends, and operational performance.
- Manage tailored pricing packages and strategies to enhance member value and market competitiveness.
- Provide strategic insight, data-driven recommendations, and expert guidance to influence product decisions, ensure alignment with organizational priorities, and support the successful execution of initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the product portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Leverage data to recommend and execute continuous improvements in product design, pricing, and delivery.
- Ensure products comply with internal policies, risk management frameworks, and regulatory standards.
- Lead the ideation, design, and execution of promotional programs and product marketing campaigns in collaboration with Business Effectiveness team.
- Oversee active offers management, ensuring timely rollout, tracking, and post-campaign analysis for specific products
- Coordinate targeted campaigns to support product adoption, member engagement, and financial goals.
- Conduct regular market, competitive, and regulatory analysis to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with external vendors and fintech partners to evaluate, integrate, and optimize third-party product components and services.
- Partner with digital banking teams to ensure seamless digital distribution of products through mobile, online, and emerging platforms.
