Responsibilities
- Design and Implement Change Strategies: Support the creation and execution of best practice client organizational change management strategies for people, process, and technology changes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and effective sequencing.
- Address Client Issues: Actively resolve challenges such as slow adoption, training gaps, and change risk management to drive successful change outcomes.
- Monitor and Measure Change: Support the development of change metrics and a comprehensive roadmap to track client adoption, respond to issues, manage risks, and ensure success.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with organizational changes to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruptions.
- Communication and Training: Develop clear communication plans and provide training to help clients adapt to changes with minimal impact on their operations.
- Coordinate Change Initiatives: Facilitate the synchronization of change initiatives across the organization to minimize duplication, sequence changes effectively, and deliver coordinated training and communication.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong, productive relationships with key teams across CIBC Mellon, BNY, CIBC, and other vendors, building expertise in client organizational change management.
- Client-Centric Execution: Plan and execute change management activities to minimize client resistance, maximize buy-in, and enable smooth transitions, always prioritizing a client-first approach.
Qualifications
- University degree and / or organizational change management certification
- Minimum 5 years progressive change management experience; including successful project execution (beyond technology-focused projects)
- Ability to work independently and handle non-routine situations.
- Strong leadership, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, verbal and written communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Expertise in managing ambiguity and building relationships across organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and detail orientation, with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.
- Experience with CRM systems, client analytics, and change analytics.
