About the Opportunity Getting through the LLQP or receiving your license is an important first step. The next step is learning how to build a real practice. Many new advisors enter the industry without a clear system, daily structure, prospecting rhythm, client conversation process, or experienced guidance. Alliance provides a development environment where new advisors can learn the business, build confidence, and grow with support. This is an independent contractor opportunity for individuals who want to build their own book of business with mentorship, training, and access to an established team.

Who This Role Is For This opportunity is ideal for someone who: Has recently become licensed as a life insurance advisor Has completed the LLQP exam and is preparing to move through licensing and contracting Is new to the insurance industry and wants structured guidance Wants to build a long-term career in life insurance and protection planning Is coachable, disciplined, and willing to follow a proven process Is comfortable with networking, relationship-building, and business development Wants independence, but also values mentorship and accountability Previous insurance sales experience is not required.

What You Will Do As an Insurance Advisor with Alliance Financial Group, you will be trained and supported to: Build a client base through referrals, networking, community relationships, and professional prospecting Meet with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs Help clients explore suitable life insurance and protection solutions Present options clearly and professionally Complete required documentation and follow proper business standards Maintain client follow-up, annual reviews, and relationship management Participate in training, coaching sessions, team meetings, and provider education Track your activity, appointments, pipeline, and business progress Alliance provides support through the onboarding, licensing, contracting, and early practice-development process so new advisors can begin their career with clarity and structure.

Compensation This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity. There is no base salary. Compensation may include: Advance commissions Renewal income Production bonuses Client retention bonuses, where applicable Long-term income potential as your book of business grows This model rewards consistent activity, relationship-building, client service, and quality business practices. Candidates should be financially prepared for the early stages of building a commission-based practice. Compensation structure, commission advances, renewals, bonuses, and related business expectations are reviewed clearly during the selection process.

What We Are Looking For The right candidate will have: Active Ontario life insurance license, or LLQP completion with readiness to proceed through licensing and contracting Strong communication and relationship-building skills A professional and client-focused mindset Self-motivation and personal discipline Coachability and willingness to learn Comfort with outreach, networking, and business development Strong follow-through and personal accountability Interest in building a long-term insurance practice
