WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Conduct fence painting and common-area paint touch-ups (walls, posts, trim, and related surfaces) to maintain property appearance.
- Perform routine landscaping and grounds maintenance, including trimming, weeding, debris removal, and general outdoor upkeep.
- Pressure wash sidewalks, stairways, parkades, garage pads, and other hard-surface areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Complete minor fence repairs, such as securing loose boards and replacing small, damaged sections.
- Assist with basic carpentry tasks, including small structure repairs, board replacement, and simple installations or assembly.
- Support seasonal property maintenance activities, including spring and fall clean-ups, light hauling, and site preparation.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards; promptly identify and report hazards, deficiencies, or repair needs.
- Collaborate with maintenance team members to ensure timely completion of work orders and property standards.
- Perform additional duties as required to support property operations.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
- Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
