What You Will Accomplish With Us As a contract management specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are your main responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service by email and phone to both internal and external customers to answer questions related to contracts for various distribution networks.
  • Analyze and process new agent contract requests, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of information.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and process transfer and financial compensation assessment requests, according to established business rules and scales.
  • Recommend the approval of contracts and license sponsorship requests to the manager, according to the specific requirements of each province.
  • Enter, update, and track contract and license information in the designated administrative system.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve common goals, while taking advantage of professional development opportunities (mentoring, participation in special projects, etc.).

What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Position We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a university degree in administration or a related field. A combination of training and experience deemed equivalent will also be considered.
  • Has 2 to 3 years of experience in an analytical or administrative role.
  • Is recognized for their excellent ability to analyze and structure information.
  • Stands out for their curiosity and constant desire to learn.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of autonomy and has an excellent ability to adapt and solve problems.
  • Stands out for their proactivity and ability to work efficiently.
  • Fluent in French and English at an advanced level, as they will be required to interact daily with colleagues and internal clients across Canada.
