Technology is the bedrock of Industrious' mission to redefine the workday. As aFull-Stack Software Engineeron our Marketing team, you won't just be coding features—you'll be thecrucial linkbetween our vision and the digital experience that attracts and converts our ideal audience.

###What You'll Be Building & Impacting
This role is centered on engineering our public-facing web applications and buildingintelligent marketing automation systemsthat ensure we reach the right audience at the ideal moment. You will be instrumental in:
-Elevating Our Digital Front Door:Own the development and optimization of our high-traffic marketing web applications, including the company blog and critical landing pages, ensuring they are fast, resilient, and beautiful. -Driving Growth Through Automation:Design and implement powerful automations that connect core systems, leveraging tools likeHubSpotandKafkato eliminate data silos and create seamless, data-driven marketing campaigns. -Architecting for the Future:Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to define the systems architecture and technology choices that will support Industrious’ next phase of growth and marketing strategy. -Full-Stack Ownership:Take features from conception to deployment, comfortable switching between architectingNode.js/Expressbackends, optimizingMongoDBdata models, and delivering responsive, component-basedReactuser interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality features in a fast-paced,product-driven environment, focusing on scalability, resilience, and clean, maintainable code.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Product teams, translating business goals into robust, well-documented technical solutions. -Future-proofthe software you deliver by minimizing built-in assumptions, thoroughly testing solutions, and respecting the challenges of operating critical systems in production.
- Spearhead the design and implementation of integrations between our core systems and critical marketing platforms (e.g.,HubSpot, Salesforce, Contentful).
What We're Looking For
- A passion for working across theentire application stack—you are excited about UI/UX, data modeling, and infrastructure design.
- 2+ years of professional experience building applications withReact, Node.js, and NoSQL/Relational Databases(e.g., MongoDB).
- Demonstrated commitment to a work ethic based onclean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Experience or strong knowledge ofdistributed architecturesand microservices in a web environment.
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points if you have:
- Experience building custom integrations with marketing CRMs likeHubSpotorSalesforce.
- Experience withApache Kafkaor other event-streaming platforms.
- Experience with Headless CMS solutions likeContentful.
- A curiosity about incorporating emerging technologies, includingAI/ML, into marketing solutions.
