  • Act as a senior product voice and thought leader, shaping direction through insight and judgment.

Execution & Delivery

  • Evaluate when to build, buy, or partner, balancing speed to market, flexibility, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Partner closely with marketing and engineering to ensure platforms and tools—such as ecommerce platforms, CRM and lifecycle marketing tools, analytics, experimentation, and personalization systems—enable effective acquisition, conversion, retention, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure platform and ecosystem decisions support WELL’s long-term product vision, performance goals, and operational realities, rather than short-term tool optimization.

Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Head of Consumer Health to align product direction with business priorities.
  • Partner with marketing to align product capabilities with acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with WELL engineers, third-party developers, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
