YCR is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to connect students and young professionals across Canada, and there’s no reason why we can’t have fun while doing it! We are looking for events and networking opportunities that can attract those with a knowledge of the resource industry but also those who are less aware and willing to learn more. Young Canadians for Resources is a youth-led movement created by students and young professionals, for students and young professionals. We’re active on campuses across Canada, encouraging young Canadians to engage in positive, informed conversations about Canada’s natural resources and energy sectors.
Our goal is to inspire support for these industries and help shift the conversation. We want a Canada that’s innovative, full of opportunities, affordable, globally respected, and offers a bright future for our generation and future generations
