Who We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for vehicles and delivering quality workmanship

  • Strong attention to detail with a pride‑of‑ownership mindset

  • 6+ months of professional automotive detailing experience

  • Motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

  • Valid BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract

  • Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods

  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions

  • Reliable, safety‑conscious, and team‑oriented

Schedule: Full‑Time; Permanent

Compensation: $60,000-$90,000 per year

What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Perform thorough interior and exterior vehicle cleaning, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and deodorizing

  • Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to identify areas requiring attention and ensure quality standards are met

  • Operate detailing equipment such as buffers, vacuums, steamers, and pressure washers while following safety protocols

  • Apply protective treatments including waxes, polishes, and interior fabric protectants

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work area

  • Follow all safety guidelines when working with chemicals, tools, and equipment

  • Support the sales and service teams by ensuring vehicles are presentation‑ready
