About the role
FULL ENGLISH MUST! We are looking for a proactive, organized, and experienced GoHighLevel CRM & Client Success Manager to join our growing beauty and education business.
Responsibilities
Build and manage GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines, automations, and workflows
Transfer data from our current CRM Manage Meta leads and follow up until they book Confirm appointments and follow up before and after visits Keep client records and booking system updated Answer calls, messages, and emails Sell our academy programs and services Provide excellent customer service Assist with LinkedIn, TikTok, and basic marketing (a plus)
Requirements
GoHighLevel experience is required
CRM setup and automation experience Strong English communication skills Sales and customer service experience Experience with Meta leads Beauty, PMU, medspa, or aesthetic industry experience is a plus
