Are you a proactive, polished Talent Advisor with strong technology recruitment experience and an Agile mindset? This role offers the opportunity to support senior leaders across Technology lines of business, partner closely with HR teams, and contribute to transformative initiatives—including AI-focused programs—within a leading financial institution. This long-term contract is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and can influence talent decisions at a strategic level.

Working with one of our top financial clients, this position calls for a Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition – Workday who can hit the ground running, build strong relationships, advise business leaders, and deliver full-cycle recruitment for technology roles. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, corporate recruitment experience, and the ability to act as a strategic Talent Advisor while maintaining a high standard of service and process excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Talent Advisor for designated Technology LOBs, guiding leaders on talent needs, market insights, and recruitment best practices.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and COEs to understand current and future hiring requirements.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for technology roles, from intake to offer, ensuring alignment with bank hiring processes and policies.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using market data, competitive intelligence, and industry best practices to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of diverse technical talent and maintain strong candidate and industry networks.
  • Provide consultation on talent market gaps, alternative sourcing approaches, and strategies to enhance talent quality.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience aligned with client’s customer experience model.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of HR policies, programs, and recruitment compliance requirements.
  • Leverage recruitment metrics and reporting to inform decision-making, track pipeline health, and optimize sourcing activities.
  • Support employer branding initiatives using social media, digital tools, and industry events.
  • Represent client at recruitment functions and act as a subject matter expert for special initiatives.
  • Prioritize workload to meet SLA expectations while maintaining rigorous documentation and risk management controls.
  • Conduct research, prepare presentations, and monitor emerging recruitment trends and regulatory changes.

Desired Skill Set

  • 10+ years of overall recruitment experience, including 2–3 years in technology recruitment (flexible if candidate demonstrates strong advisory capabilities).
  • Strong corporate recruitment background with experience supporting senior leadership.
  • Agile mindset—proactive, self-directed, and able to anticipate needs without reminders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and ability to work independently.

Nice To Have

  • Experience using Workday for recruiting.
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment analytics, and talent market intelligence.
  • Strong negotiation, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of hiring policies, employment legislation, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and digital recruiting tools.
