Must Have
- 8+ years of demonstrated QA experience, including leading QA teams, defect tracking using a collaborative tool to manage defects and change request and to communicate status of these to all project participants
- Knowledge and experience in the use of version control systems on one or more platforms, preferably Microsoft DevOps or Selenium

Description Scope
- Contribute towards testing activities for the delivery and product management life cycle of the CDT project. The resource will be responsible for the following activities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive multi-year test strategy
- Lead and execute the development and implementation of an automated regression test suite, refine the test suite with every iterative software update
- Lead team and participate in the execution of test cases and scripts to verify solution. Reconcile, manage, record and track system or functional defects, break/fixes identified through requirements traceability across all types of testing
- Effective communication and collaboration with Testing Lead, project manager, vendor, business project resources and developers to ensure application quality and alignment with project timelines (e.g., notify and resolve team barriers, respond to changes in direction, demonstrate user centric solutioning mindset)
Assignment Deliverables
- Lead the design and implementation of a multi-year test strategy.
- Lead the design and implementation of an automated regression test suite
- Manage the requirements traceability matrix to ensure all partner teams have tested their assigned requirements through all phases of the project
- Identify risks and take proactive actions to mitigate issues impacting quality or timelines.
- Lead and mentor QA team members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to align QA efforts with project goals.
- Track and report on QA metrics, test progress, and quality indicators. Communicate risks, issues, and status updates to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.

Criteria 4: Public Sector Experience - 5 Points
- Previous experience working in Government or Public Sector organizations
Note This position is currently listed as "Onsite" ; however, the Assignment under this request will provisionally be "Hybrid" , working 7.25 hours per calendar day, sometime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (excluding breaks) Monday to Friday inclusive, unless otherwise identified. These conditions are subject to change as the OPS reflects on its current situation. During the duration of the assignment, you will be under the discretion of the Hiring Manager's requirements for the Project you are assigned to.
The VOR Master Service Agreement which expires on April 5, 2026, leaves some Contracts with funding unassigned for fiscal 2026-27. If the current statement of work expires on March 31, 2026, the remaining funds can be used to exercise an option to extend the SOW beyond March 31, 2026, based on business case approvals. Such extensions will be allowable, only if the Master Service Agreement is extended beyond April 5, 2026, and be upon the same terms, conditions, and covenants contained in the SOW.
