What will you do?

• Ensure facilities are secure in accordance with Edon Management’s standards and facility’s contract requirements

• Provide leadership and training to security guards to ensure proper security of facilities, including those at new sites

• Manage and respond to critical incidents by coordinating staff for adequate response

• Review incident reports and investigate internal security issues as required

• Perform hands-on security duties and provide back-up support in cases of unscheduled security guard absences.

• Liaise with clients and address security requests and issues

• Ensure security related Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) requirements are being met

• Work on a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends

What are we looking for?

• Must have a valid Security License
• Minimum two years of experience in a security-related supervisory role
• Excellent knowledge of security practices
• Strong command of the English language (reading and writing)
• Strong customer care, communication and client management skills
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team of staff to accomplish objectives
