Travel Analyst 📍 Location: Calgary, AB 📅 Contract Duration: July 13, 2026 – July 12, 2027 ⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week 💲 Pay Rate: $31.56 – $38.51/hour + 4% vacation pay) About the Opportunity We are seeking a Travel Analyst to support a dynamic and fast-paced transportation and logistics environment. In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of travel for staff traveling to and from field locations, including corporate flights, charter aircraft, and ground transportation. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective travel operations while delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders and external partners. Key Responsibilities Coordinate air and ground travel arrangements, including scheduled flights, charters, and bus services Manage travel reservations and respond to high volumes of emails and inquiries Support irregular travel operations and resolve scheduling changes Arrange logistics for site tours and travel-related events Optimize utilization of corporate aircraft fleet and track scheduling data Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams Ensure compliance with travel policies, preferred supplier agreements, and safety standards Maintain accurate travel records and reporting Contribute to continuous improvement of travel processes Qualifications Post-secondary diploma in Travel, Logistics, or a related field (asset) Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, including database management Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent schedule changes Experience managing high volumes of emails and calls Knowledge of Innfinity (Enroute) or other logistics/reservations systems (asset) Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Knowledge of aviation and transportation logistics Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is a technology-driven, customer-focused professional who excels in organization, communication, and problem-solving.
