Description Employer: PCRM Pacific Centre for Reproductive Medicine (Pacific Fertility) | Location: On-Site- Burnaby, BC | Schedule : The employee follows a 10-week rotation schedule, during which they are assigned to work 3 to 4 weekends. Statutory holidays may be included as additional shifts.

Your Role: Making a Difference Every Day

• 🌿 Provide empathetic, patient-centered care in our IVF clinic
• 🏥 Perform comprehensive patient assessments and documentation
• 💉 Administer medications, IV starts, phlebotomy, and sedation recovery
• 🗣 Advocate for patients, providing guidance and education throughout their fertility journey
• 🔍 Demonstrate critical thinking, leadership, and clear communication
• ✅ Ensure compliance with CCHSA patient safety goals

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BScN)
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience in women’s health or reproductive medicine (an asset but not required)
• A compassionate heart, an analytical mind, and a passion for making a difference
• Fully vaccinated as per public health guidelines
