General Manager Montreal, Quebec HMS Careers is conducting a confidential search for an experienced General Manager on behalf of a respected hotel ownership group. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic hospitality leader to oversee all aspects of hotel operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences, building high-performing teams, and driving financial success. Key Qualifications Fluent in both French and English (required) Canadian citizen or legally authorized to work in Canada Previous General Manager experience within a branded, boutique, lifestyle, or independent hotel Strong Food & Beverage leadership experience Proven success managing hotel operations, budgets, and financial performance Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills Passion for quality, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards What You'll Bring Strategic leadership Strong commercial and financial acumen Hands-on operational expertise A guest-first mindset Experience developing high-performing teams A passion for delivering memorable hospitality experiences All inquiries will be handled with complete confidentiality.
