About the Role
Ampersand Brands is seeking a Brand Communications & Storytelling Manager to help shape and bring to life the stories behind Lolli & Pops and Hammond’s Candies. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Partnerships, this role is a key partner in developing brand narratives, building integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across every customer touchpoint. We're looking for a strategic storyteller who can transform ideas into compelling campaigns, guide creative development, and help bring our brands to life across retail, digital, social, and customer experience channels.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Director of Marketing & Partnerships to shape brand strategy, messaging, campaign concepts, and storytelling initiatives. Lead storytelling for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key marketing initiatives. Develop creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and campaign toolkits. Partner with the Graphic Designer to bring campaigns and marketing materials to life. Collaborate with Social Media and Guest Services to uncover customer insights and storytelling opportunities. Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels. Manage marketing projects from concept through execution.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, content strategy, or a related field. Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills. Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns and working with creative teams. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Passion for consumer brands, retail, gifting, food, or lifestyle categories.
