Job Description Join CS Group Canada's Advanced Mobility team and help develop the software that powers the next generation of autonomous and intelligent vehicles. Working alongside experienced software, systems, and safety engineers, you will design, implement, and validate embedded functions used in real-world vehicle applications. From steering and braking control to safety monitoring, your work will directly contribute to technologies powering advanced vehicle systems and next-generation mobility solutions. What You'll Build Vehicle control functions using MATLAB® Simulink® including State machines, fault-management logic, and safety monitoring functions Embedded software for steering, braking, propulsion, and vehicle control systems Production-ready code generated from models and integrated into embedded platforms Test environments supporting simulation (MIL), HIL, and vehicle validation activities Qualifications What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related discipline 5 years of experience in embedded software development Experience with MATLAB® and Simulink® (or equivalent) Understanding of Model-Based Design principles Familiarity with embedded C development Knowledge of CAN and Ethernet communication and embedded systems fundamentals Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Interest in automotive, autonomous vehicles, robotics, or safety-critical systems English required.
