Role
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Deploy the annual marketing plan and regularly adjust campaigns to capitalize on impromptu opportunities
Optimize the positioning and branding of C.A.T. and its other divisions
Collaborate with our various stakeholders to deliver value
Create new content for our marketing, sales and recruitment strategies adapted to each regions needs and vision.
Analyze and measure website & marketing campaign results to optimize performance
Manage all social media channels
Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, social media trends, brand awareness and online reputation
Work alongside the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing to coordinate all marketing aspects across all divisions and brands.
Requirements
1-3 years of marketing experience
University degree in marketing, communications, relevant field, or equivalent experience
Have experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager
Strong communication, analytical and creative skills
Dedicated, strong team player
Organized and detail-oriented
Must be able to work alone and in a team
Able to perform under tight deadlines
Has a passport and able to travel up to 25%
Knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, premier)
Fluently Bilingual in French & English. Spanish would be an asset
