In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care while supporting our team in delivering exceptional health services. What You’ll Do:
As a Bilingual Care Coordinator , you'll be the heartbeat of our branch operations, providing support for oxygen, PAP, and related therapeutics and diagnostics. Your role will include:
- Delivering friendly, helpful service to customers and directing inquiries to the right team members.
- Assisting with the sales and maintenance of respiratory products and services.
- Scheduling appointments for therapeutics and follow-ups.
- Guiding clients through funding programs and insurance requirements.
- Supporting healthcare professionals with necessary documentation.
- Managing equipment, including warranty and maintenance for medical devices.
What You’ll Need:
- College Certificate/Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a Call Center or Office Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite with strong data entry skills
- Flexibility to work extended hours to meet customer needs
- Should be bilingual (French).
