Tasks/Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Digital Training Advisor for a 36-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.
MANDATE
- Support business lines in a major digital transformation as an advisor
- Develop training plans for various deliverables (target employees, deliverables, tools, methods, etc.)
- Use a competency management system
- Create materials and lead workshops with subject matter experts
- Ensure training delivery and evaluate collected data
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience as a Training Advisor
- Professional experience in a major digital transformation
- Knowledge of the public sector
- Experience with various training methodologies and formats
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, or equivalent
- Bilingual (French required, functional English)
