Our client operates in a niche sector of CPG manufacturing and is seeking a Financial Administrator to join their growing team to support day-to-day financial operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

About The Role Working collaboratively in a fast paced team environment, you will report directly to the Leadership Team with duties including but not be limited to:

  • Maintain accurate vendor records, track payment terms, and manage weekly payables to
  • support supplier relationships and cashflow planning
  • Generate customer PO’s and invoices, monitor AR aging, follow up on overdue accounts, and escalate issues proactively
  • Deliver clear and timely customer communications related to orders, deliveries, and account status to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Support intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and documentation across all company subsidiaries
  • Manage daily bank account activity and ongoing reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurate, timely, and fully documented
  • Prepare supporting documentation for tax filings, GST/HST requirements
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities in partnership with leadership
  • Provide general office and administrative support

About The Candidate

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA designation (completed or in progress)
  • 8+ years of experience in financial administration and general accounting
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop is preferred and solid Excel skills are essential
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional English communication skills and a customer centric attitude
