Broker Pay Administrator
Full-Time

The Broker Pay Administrator is responsible for the accurate tracking, entry/correction and record keeping of daily Broker Pay sheets.
How You’ll Help:
-
Ensuring data in the Broker Payables system is updated at all times.
-
Uploading driver run sheets for record
-
Calculating and entering, adjusting or confirming pay for stops, accessorials, and other pay items
-
Tracking Broker Pay run sheet submissions, completions and corrections using team resources and databases
-
Validating stops, accessorials and mileage using driver-submitted sheets, HandHeld records, and various internal systems
-
Responding to requests from drivers/brokers or other departments for correction and making appropriate adjustments
-
Printing, distributing, and uploading daily pay summaries
-
Other administrative duties may be required/assigned as needed
Your Skills and Experience:
-
Highschool diploma or equivalent; accompanied by a certificate or diploma in the field of business, business admin, or accounting
-
A suitable combination of education and/or experience may be considered
-
Minimum of one year experience in the transportation industry; preferably related to payables or payroll
-
A suitable combination of education and/or experience may be considered
-
Preference given to those with experience in AS400 and/or TruckMate and Bringg
-
Excellent computer skills including MS Office and the aptitude to learn new software
-
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
-
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with numbers
-
Detail orientated with the ability to work accurately in a high volume, fast paced environment.
