About the Role

We are currently hiring for the position ofAssistant Food & Beverage Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, training, scheduling, and supervising dining room team members
  • Responsible for arranging seating accommodations and greeting guests and team members while maintaining a friendly environment
  • Maintain pertinent and appropriate team member attendance records, reservations, incident reports, schedules, special functions
  • Ensure team member education is provided to dining room personnel in accordance with the team member education plan, plus provide on-the-job training for dining room personnel. Conduct “pre-meal” meetings with Executive Chef.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates a genuine commitment to uncommon hospitality
  • Brings a positive, adaptable, and respectful attitude
  • Values consistency, sincerity, and care in their work
  • Has 2–4 years of experience in a leadership role within fine dining or luxury hospitality.
  • Has a valid Smart Serve certification and is knowledgeable about responsible alcohol service.
  • Is available to work weekends and holidays

Pay & Schedule

-Wage:$65,000-$75,000 yearly (based on experience) -**Schedule:**Full Time, weekend and holiday availability required -**Start Date :**As soon as possible
