We are #hiring a Procurement Administrator to join our Calgary Corporate Office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing function where you’ll gain exposure to new processes and technologies while identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with others to enhance efficiency.
You will support the day-to-day coordination of procurement activities, helping ensure data is accurately captured, processes run smoothly, and key priorities are met. You will play an important role in maintaining data quality, supporting reconciliation efforts, and assisting with various administrative and project-based tasks. Identifying pain points and contributing to ongoing processes, you will support the team and broader organization with your continuous improvement mindset.
What you will be doing
- Oversee and execute raw material ticket data entry and quality control processes
- Investigate and resolve missing ticket data
- Assist with reconciliations and month-end close activities
- Support the management of the centralized Procurement inbox
- Contribute to ad hoc business projects
What we would like from you
- A post-secondary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field; equivalent combination of experience will also be considered
- One to two years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or an administrative role; co-op / student work term experience will be considered
- Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to adapt, learn, and embrace new processes and technologies - Experience with Oracle Fusion is considered an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are an asset
Location and other key details:
- This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Calgary Corporate Office
- The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
