About the role
Job Description
The Resident Programs Aide is responsible for:

Planning, implementing, and evaluating physical therapeutic programs

Documenting resident participation in activities
-
Following prescribed physical therapy for residents as outlined in care plans
-
Coordinating and participating in general resident care
The Resident Programs Aide will assist in:
-
Liaising with stakeholders (e.g. school, service clubs)
-
Facilitating resident, family and volunteer interaction.
The Resident Programs Aide will:
-
Obtain feedback from customers and implement improvement strategies and recommend improvement activities
-
Carry out all assigned training and duties in compliance with applicable Occupational Health and Safety legislation and company policy.

Respect and preserve the privacy, confidentiality and security of resident and workers' personal and health information.
