About the Role:

Reporting to the Clubhouse Supervisor, the Clubhouse Service Leader is responsible for carryout out the assigned duties to ensure the effective operation of the Clubhouse will maintaining a level of excellent customer service.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Assist in opening and closing the clubhouse.
  • Prepare and serve the food and beverages offered at the Clubhouse. i
  • Operate the beverage cart and provide associated on-course service to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers of the clubhouse and golf course.
  • Book tee times and golf carts.
  • Direct golfers as necessary.
  • Promote the golf course.
  • Ensure that the golf course and clubhouse rules are respected, and golf rules and etiquette are followed.
  • Report any clubhouse or customer related issues to the Clubhouse Supervisor.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What's Required:

  • Current Smart Serve and Safe Food Handling Certificate or a demonstrated ability to obtain both.
  • Experience in the preparation and service of food and beverages.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of golf, including golf rules and etiquette.
  • Experience conducting payment transactions and providing excellent customer service.
  • Proven ability to work well with others.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
