About the role
Our client operates a multi-store wireless retail network and is seeking a Regional Sales & Operations Manager to oversee retail execution, carrier alignment, and performance delivery.
The successful candidate will bridge the gap between carrier direction and in-store execution , ensuring promotions, standards, and sales initiatives are consistently delivered.
Responsibilities
- Own the relationship and reporting cadence with the carrier partner
- Translate carrier initiatives into clear, executable actions for retail teams
- Oversee sales performance, outbound activity, and local market engagement
- Manage Store Managers and drive accountability across locations
- Standardize processes and improve execution consistency
- Address underperforming locations with hands-on leadership
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience within TELUS, Bell, or Rogers environments
- Multi-unit retail leadership exposure
- Strong command of sales operations and execution discipline
